Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plastering in two coats 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.(ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer & bio wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic base paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer including bio washing and filling of cracks with epoxy putty etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of existing treatment of any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil, grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound and 1:30 slope to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating, complete as specified below: (a) Cleaning and Removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Smart Care RP or Epoxy Mortar (b) Supplying & applying High performance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray/brush, smart Care Ultron liquid membrance with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore A Hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying Smart Care Ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 Kg per Sqm each coat complete all as per Manufacturer specifications & instructions. Make : Asian paints/Berger paints/Dulux paints/STP/Dr. Fixit/Smart care Note : 1) Work to be carried out from authorised applicator only. 2) Colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE.

Material and labour for Sand Face polymer modified Plaster in patches (25 mm thick) in C.M. ratio 1:4 in two coats, backing coat 15 mm thick over 10 mm thick finishing coat plaster including Drip mould/ Bands / Pattas etc. (parapet wall) complete as per the instructions and as per our standard technical specification manual or as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for chipping ,removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer ,breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. (columns, Beams, chajjas, slabs & RCC OHT)complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge. Hard concrete shopuld not be removed by force.

Material and labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc. Complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hours between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge. (Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite) Note :- Measurement on the basis of area of concrete exposed.

Material and labour for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100/protectsil CIT/ferogard 903 on concrete surface .(This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge. Material and labour for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for building up the profile of structrual members by using latex B2 modified air cured mortar system (polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15=1 monobond-5 Cement-15 Sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or steel based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint,over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall & Chajja, terrace & Parapet wall & applying one coats of chemical water proofing treatment (601 raincoat of Pidilite or equivalent) incl necessary scaffolding, Safety net etc such as Flexcoat, Beckcoat Exshield etc or equivalent including filling of cracks in walls/concrete with "Crack- X" of Pidilite or equivalent complete as per manufactures Instructions, incl necessary scaffoldingcomplete all as specified and directed Engr-In-Charge. Note for item No 1 to 31 :- The work to be carried out upto and including 14th floor. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures of labours engaged in the work as per latest labour laws & regulations
