M&L for taking down old tarfelt.
Removing of building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3 Earthwork) to a distance of 900 m to 1000 m, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination upto 1.0km.
M&L for taking down old roof cement plaster, cleaning, washing and spreading net cement slurry @ 3.0kg/sqm and laying of screed bed (1:4) of avg. 20 mm thick over cemented surface and the surface to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement and maintaining proper slope for smooth drainage.
Supply of Liquid water proofing compound for mixing @ 200ml per bag of cement. Make: Pidilite, Asian, Mendo Semi Liquid (White Colour).
Supply of bitumen primer for use in water proofing and damp-proofing treatments Make: Salitax primer STP, Dr.Fixit-Bitufix, IWL Chennai & Berger Bitumin Primer make of primer as recommanded by of APP memberane manufacturer and approved by EIC.
Labour charges only for applying of Bitumin primer @ 0.4 Lit/Sqm by using their own applying equipment.
M&L for laying of a layer of 3.0mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/ Sqm and five layered reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) of any one make IWL Chennai Ltd., STP Ltd., Asian or Pidilite Ltd, properly sealed with torch application to newly primed surface all as specified in MES SSR part I & II and as directed by EIC.
M&L for cement mortar plaster on wall, parapet wall, roof raised vertical wall including (removing grass, small trees with uprooting etc. from vertical wall/roof, if found) raking out joint hacking, scrubbing down with water, applying neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg/sq.m & rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on wall & surface to be finished even & fair.
Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortor 1:3 (for pinning in tarfelt)
M&L for making Bitumastic gola all around the perimeter of parapet wall to make leak proof with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces.
