| 1 | Providing and fixing double scaffoldong system (cup lock type ) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tube challlies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved an removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. | 2 | Repair of detiorarted RCC surface having exposed rusted reinforement consisting of following operation. a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loosed concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surafce properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. C14. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrorete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @0.20Kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement. c) Providing and fixing MS wire mesh by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Enginerr -in -charge . d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1:5:3 having thickness (3/4'' to 1.1/4'') mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @1 Kg per bag of cement.
