Original manufacturers or their authorized dealers or who have supplied same/similar item to the tendered item to Indian Railway's will be considered for an order against this tender. Tenderers should attach the performance details of supplying same/similar items, with copy of proper documents, along with the offer. Authorised dealers should submit tender specific authority letter along with their bid failure to which, their bid is liable to rejected.

Firm's should clearly mention the make/brand and submit detailed Specification/catalogue of the offered product failing their offer will liable to be rejected.

No Manual Offers sent by Post/FAX or in person shall be accepted against such e-tenders, even if these are submitted on the firm's letter head and received in time. The manual offer uploaded as attached document shall not be considered also. All such manual offers shall be considered as invalid offers and shall be rejected summarily without any consideration

MARKING : Manufacturer to mark his name and date of manufacture as per drawing, wherever indicted, or at a location where it may not get obliterated in service on the item being supplied by them against the purchase order. Supplies received without this are liable to be rejected by consignee

Submission of EMD & SD is governed by SECR Tender condition 2019 and Correction slips with latest updation till the date of tender opening. (i) Submission of EMD@2% of the estimated value of the tender subject to Max. Rs.20 Lakh as per Correction Slip No.001. (ii) Submission of SD: For all tenders issued performance security/security deposit shall be 5% of total value of contract and shall be taken from all vendors for contract value above Rs.25 Lakhs subject to the applicable exemptions.

Vendors payments will be made through online bills against Receipted Delivery Challan and/or Receipt notes generated through IMMS/UDM
