M&L for removing of cavities roughening the smooth surface scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover @ 20 ml per sqm or as per manufacturer's instruction, rust removal and cleaning the steel reinforcemnt properly and then applying 40 micron thick dry thickness coat of epoxy zinc primer @ 250 ml per sqm or as per manufacturer' s instructions of exposed and new steel reinforcement (measured flat), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for welding mild steel wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg/sqm and primed with Nitco zinc primer, fixing to the prepared concrete surface through proper fixing arrangements and applying 40mm thick average cement mortar with guniting / shotgun at a pressure not less than 4 kg/sqm in ratio 1:2 mixed with liquid water proofing compound chemical not less than 5% by weight of cement including lapping of new reinforcement to the rusted portion all as per manufacturer's instructions and carried out the work as per procedures, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exc. 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick laying floor finished in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles Coloured 350 x 250mm / 450 x 350mm 7 to 8mm thick in wall/dado etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including over 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work / concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite of any type of work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick green marble (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, bathroom corners, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs exposed edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over cement screed and jointed over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with ditto as per Item Sl No. 1.043 here-in-before over 10mm thick in cement mortar CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other frames/chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (face) and 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile demension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (ii) M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.

Note : Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS Screws shall be paid separately.

All as per Item Sl No. 1.049 here-in-above but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8 mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS flat iron as in hold fast clamps small articles conforming to FE-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 as in bed blocks for hold fast including necesssary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 mm thick teak wood leaping on block board or veneered particle board for external surface fixed with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
