Repairs to the alternator 125 KVA capacity DG set installed at Govt. Medical College, Srinagar by way of carrying out following repairs.
Rewinding of exciter coil in suitable guage insulated copper wire of standard quality after dismantelling of the damaged coil. The insulating copper wire for rewinding of the exciter is to be provider by the firm. The job includes design, and assembling of the core and coils, connections and clamping arrangements, immersing in insulating varnish and drying by suitable means. The job further includes providing and fitting of the fiber glass insulation tape, replacement of galvanised nuts and bolts etc. The job is to be carried out by way of using skilled labours and necessary tools and tackles to be provided by the firm. Scrap to be retained by the firm and rate to be quoted after deducting the scrap valve
Providing and fitting of rectifier plate of matching capacity and size
SITC of 24 Volt, battery charger (2 in 1)duly fitted with volt/ampare meters and necessary preventive and protective devices. All equipments, cables, thimbles etc required for setting up of the system and commissioning of the same shall be provided by the contractor
Providing and fitting of 12 Volt 150 AH Heavy Duty Flat Plate Battery with 60 months warranty. The job includes providing & fitting of cable connections and other accessories as shall be required.
