Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for wall foundation etc or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in foundation/trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour providing, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (20mm graded crushed store aggregate) in posts (size 300 x 300 x 400mm or as per requirement at site) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Survey, Supply, Installation, and Testing of E.S.E. lightening arrester which is an active lighting conductor designed to conform to the French standard NFC 17-102 ^T : us (Jul 1995) for ESE lighting conductors, its working principle evolves from local electrostatic field that develops naturally around the system as a thunderstorm begins to gather. The system included the following components given below :- (i) 5 Meter Supporting Mast Base Plate including Guy wire & all accessories - 01 Each (ii) ESE lightening strike counter - Lighting Discharge Counter self-powered non resettable Lightning Event Counter (6 digit) mounted on down conductor in IP 76 enclosure with minimum sensitivity 1 KA for 8/20 us plus Lightening strik Counter - 01 Each. {make – KALRE, Bakiral and Citel } (iii) Supply of Maintenance Free Chemical Earthing :- (a) Earth electrode of copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel rods-17.2mm dia, UL approved Rod 250 Micron, 3 Mtr long - 02 Each (Make - REMEDIES, Truepower, Technopower - ROSH and CPRI tested) (b) ERIC-Earth Enhancing Compound in 25 kg bag-2 Nos, - 02 Each (Make - REMEDIES, Truepower, Technopower - ROSH and CPRI tested) (iv) Earth pit Cover Highly Durable pit cover with the load capacity of 6 to 8 ton - 02 Each Note :- Down Conductor 70 Sq mm multi strandard copper cable shall be measured and paid in respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper electrode chemical earthing with high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI tested and CE certified maintenance free chemical earthing pit (pipe in pipe technology based) in which primary conductor (Pipe) having 40 mm dia and secondary conductor having 80 mm dia. The primary conductor is inserted into secondary conductor and between secondary and primary conductor of earthing electrode crystaline compound is to be injected. The length of this electrodes is min 3000 mm (3 meters) having 45 Kg of ground enhancement compound. It contains a homogenous mixture of conductive cement, electrolyte corbon, Hydrous alluminium cilicate and other electrolyte compound complete and 60 Kg contain a homogenous mixture of condctive cement, coal powder, electrolyte corbo, Hydrous alluminium cilicate and other electrolyte compound. Filled in earth pit of bore hole of 200 to 250 MM dia and depth upto 6.15 metes min length of electrode will be increase with connecting of 32 x 6 mm copper strip extra up to 3.5 meters, and total depth of earthing electrodes is min 6.15 meters for achive resistance valve less than or equal to 1.0 Ohm including RCC earthing pit cover having 450 x 450 Cl chamber cover complete all as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) In case less than 1.0 Ohm result has not achieved at site, tha contractor is responsible to done grid system to achieve the desired result without any extra cost to Government. (b) Eath continuity conductor of length up 7.50 mtr from electrode shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Surplus soil shall be removed upto 50 metre.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick directly burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5metre below the ground level connected to GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron at 2 points & GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade for protection of earth strip and 20 mm bore medium GI pipe for watering including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC chamber 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, funnel with wire mesh, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm MS bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways, CI frame and charcoal dust and common salt, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part-I and making test point as specified including excavation & earth work in any type of soil and connecting the earthing to an earthing point/equipment & testing on completion complete all as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. . NOTES : (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 50mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides (v) In case less than 1.0 Ohm result has not achieved at site, tha contractor is responsible to done grid system to achieve the desired result without any extra cost to Government.

Material and labour for construction of earth pit chamber of internal dimensions size 300mmx300mmx250mm (external diamension) in built in one brick thick brick masonary with 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as foundation of earth pit chamber by using anglre iron of size 40x40x3mm at top duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as coping including necessary form work with 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) to inernal surfaces including three coat of white wash & 50mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @75mm C/C both ways and handle made of mild steel rod 12mm dia complete, with 20 mm bor medium grade GI pipe 2 mtr long with funnel and wire mesh including demolition of old damage earth pit complete all as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of from work & reinforcement. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of demolition of old damage earth pit (iii) Earth pit cover shall be painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint in red colour for chemical earthing and Yellow colour for conventional earthing and Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of painting.

Material and labour for copper strip 32 x 6 mm in repair of earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead laid in trenches, fixed on wall after testing point with new saddles and screws, including jointing by tinned copper / brass nut bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joints including taking down of old strip complete all as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. . Note : Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues.

Material and labour for copper strip 20 x 3 mm in repair of earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead laid in trenches, fixed on wall after testing point with new saddles and screws, including jointing by tinned copper / brass nut bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joints including taking down of old strip complete all as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. . Note : Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues.

Material and labour for GI strip 20 x 3 mm in repair of earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead laid in trenches, fixed on wall after testing point with new saddles and screws, including jointing by tinned copper / brass nut bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joints including taking down of old strip complete all as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. . Note : Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues.

Dismantling of unserviceable / abandoned earth pits above ground and level the surface upto existing ground level complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 20 mm dia Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised iron pipe, with all fitting fixed on concealed in walls and ceilings or laid in trenches etc and testing complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separetely under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and fix 15 mm dia Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised iron pipe, with all fitting fixed on concealed in walls and ceilings or laid in trenches etc and testing complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separetely under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm bore bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 90 gms each) complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour cutting of existing GI pipes of size upto 25 mm bore in position for taking off connection by inserting of new GI tee of 20 or 15 mm outgoing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to include cost of GI fittings, earh work and dewatering of residual water.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for insertion of GI pipe 25mm dia in soft / loose soil below 60 cm depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour down conductor 70 Sq mm multi strandard copper cable including all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Make – Mescab, Lapp, Polycab
