Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level. (a) In ordinary soil

Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete as directed and specified (measurement to be taken in the face area timbered) (b) Above 1.5 m upto 3.00 m depth

Earth work in excavation in slushy/ marshy soil, decomposed organic matter mixed with brickbats, broken glass panes, broken earthen pots etc. removal of stumps and other deleterious matter in the proposed building site including constant water pumping for bailing out water as directed including return filling and ramming after completion of work with good quality earth (measurement will be on the basis of profile or section measurement).

Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (c) With river sand or silt (predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). Plain cement concrete floor base in prop1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing etc. complete. (b) 50mm thick

Providing and laying 25mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete in prop 1:1.5:3 with graded stone agg. of 10mm down nominal size including providing approved damp proof admixture in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer including curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing, fitting and fixing PVC door frame of Duroplast make DPF-5060 make suitable for DPS-3720 made from extruded PVC multichamber hollow section having dimensions of 50mmx60mm (Toletance + 1mm). Horizontal and vertical sections shall be joined by steel screws after inserting M.S. tubular rectangular galvanised L-shaped brackets of size 100mmx100mm or plastic brackets of size 75mmx75mm with metred cut at the corners. Hinge side of the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.Tubular section of size 40mmx20mm. The frame will be fixed to the column/ stiffner/ wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel screws and expandable fastners on each side of the door frame complete in all respects as sepcified and directed at all levels.

Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of 37mm (single panel seamless finish) of Syntex make, at all levels made of extruded sections in the configuration of 'A'.The overall dimension is 37mm x 90mm, with usual process variation having a wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of +0.03mm provided with all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting. The shutter frame is mitred and joined at the corners by means of stainless steel screws.The corners of the shutter frame are being reinforced by polymeric reinforcement of the size 125mm x 250mm and the lock rail is reinforced by 45 x18 x255 size reinforcement.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm).(i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick.

Finishing old/new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Dulux (ICI) paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Providing surface preparation for walls, celling etc.using average 1.50 mm thick plaster of paris including clearing, rubbing with sand paper, filling gaps, depression etc. where necessary, with chalk powder and and plaster of paris paste, making the surface even and smooth complete at all levels as specified and directed.
