Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming including preperation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including all type of tiling, marble chips, terrazo finish where ever existing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors including finishing the surface rough for laying finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles (Light Shade) in floors, not exc 0.36 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 to match shade, pattern, laying etc., of tiles as directed at site to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position and removing the rubish from the work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopiies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilvers, shelves inclding supports, overhangs, etc., also splays between floors and beams, etc., for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for RCC (Nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressmummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 10mm thick including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs powder coated anodized aluminium grill (diamond shape of approx size 100x100mm) made out of aluminium flat of size 4x5mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for anodised aluminium size of 605x605mm snap grid frame work for false celing including hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with independently as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing new flase ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of pimer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic colour tiles (square/ rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 15mm thick screed bed 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 450x350x7mm thick glazed ceramic tiles (Digital pattern) including highlighter coloured as in dado/ skirting and vertical serfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 to match the shade, pattern, laying etc., of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for tubes medium grade galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of 15mm dia including cutting /chasing in walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair angle cocks, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with long shank and cup, high pressure with capstan head handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm dia pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘hot’ or ‘cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortor to dwarf wall or cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915x460mm, bowl size 410x330x160mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, etc., complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor drawn into existing concealed conduit and provision of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire and cast iron/ pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc., with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for the following complete all as speicified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
