Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including,watering,ramming consolidating and dressing complete with a lead of 15 Km .

CONCRETE WORKS

P/L cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : - 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 kanhaighat coarse sand :10 graded stone aggrt. 40mm nominal size).

R.C.C WORKS

Providing Cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete under reamed piles of 1:1.5:3 (1 cem:1.5 c/sand:3 gr.st.aggrt 20 mm n/size) of 45 cm bore dia and length 15.00 m from existing G.L i/c reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5Kanhaighat coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Providing wood work in frame sof doors,windows,clerestory windows and other frames,wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately : (a) Local bestquality Teak wood .

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S butthinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws,excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a)Local best quality Teak wood.(i)35 mm thick shutters.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long i/c fixing to frames with10mm dia bolts,nuts and wooden plugs and embedding to cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggrt. 20mm nominal guage).

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolt swith screws etc. complete(i) 300 x 16 mm

FLOORING

Marble stone flooring with 18mm thick marble stone (sample ofmarble shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge) over 20 mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarsesand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbingand polishing complete with :(i)Makrana white second quality.

FININSHING

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (i) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster of mix : (i) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 kanhaighat coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

STEEL WORKS

Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc.with M.S.flats,square rorround bars etc.including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

ROOFING & CEILING

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087 finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face fixed to a grid made out of anodised aluminium (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-sections 35 x15 x1.5 mm size main runners and cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats. The suspenders shall be placed 600x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brace screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (i) New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : (i) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

ROOFING & CEILING

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm)with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussesand including cutting to size and shape wherever required with(i) Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50 mm thick.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories , Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete : (i) Ridges plain (500 - 600mm). Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087 finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face fixed to a grid made out of anodised aluminium (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-sections 35 x15 x1.5 mm size main runners and cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats. The suspenders shall be placed 600x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brace screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately).

Supply & fixing of 50 mm thick panels of size 2400/2700/3000 mm length and 600 mm wide having Tongue & Groove joint system for walls, partitions and floor. The panels are made of two fibre reinforced cement sheets enclosing a light weight aerated concrete core composed of cement & binders. The fibre reinforced cement sheets are confirming to IS 13000-1990 or IS-14862-2000 Classification Type A(with upto amendment took place). These panels need to meet transverse load & modulus of rupture requirements as per ASTM-E-72:98 & IS 2380 Part4. The panels are laid on G.I floor channel of 1 mm thick and 14x50/75x25 mm and ceiling channel of size 38x50/75x38 mm. The rate should include hard ware, Labor, transport, lifting charges and wastages etc. as a complete item of work excluding finising, fitting etc and partions laid as per specification, drawing & as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill of approved design/pattern,with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws @200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper openings size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodisied aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer- in charge.

The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm)with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussesand including cutting to size and shape wherever required with(i) Precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50 mm thick.

FORMWORK

Providing form works i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in(using 12mm shuttering ply).(a) Foundation footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

FININSHING

15 mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 kanhaighat coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.
