B/R PORTION Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks' old size brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster in any description on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints.hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface on external surfaces in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 250 ml/Bag or as per manufaturer instruction finished fair and even. complete all as specified and directed. (Note -W.P.C. shall be measured and paid separetly)

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding workall as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) to fair faces of brick or concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper to old decorated (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper to old decorated (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
