81486 PROVISION OF HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR (AVR) ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS AT INS KATTABOMMAN UNDER GE TIRUNELVELI

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4 way Ring Main Unit, 11 KV, 630A, 21 kA, with 4 Nos LBS, motor operated, extensible, compact outdoor, non drawout type, +CCCC+ (2 I/C LBS with castle key interlocks such that only one should operate at a time, both electrical and manual method & 2 O/G with same interlock system) with Cu busbars and all live parts enclosed in a robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP 67 class of protection with battery, battery charger including CTs, PTs and all metering & protection devices including earth works and foundation as required at site all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 400 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level , not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying of HDPE DWC Pipe medium grade of size 150mm dia for protection of XLPE UG cable complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of copper wound HT Automatic Voltage Regulator, 2000 KVA outdoor ONAN type complete with standard fittings, 11/11 KV 3 Phase 50 HZ, oil immersed complete with first filling of IS:335 ISI marked filtered and dehydrated transformer oil with automatic & manual mode of operation with input voltage range of 9KV to 12 KV and output voltage 11 KV with control panel and all standard fittings, measuring and protection systems with required CT, PT, relays and control wirings including foundation as recommended by OEM, earth work complete all as specified in the particular specifications and as per OEM's instructions, for the following technical specifications:.

a) Design and GA drawings duly indicating the list of components and shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement of the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. b) Design and drawings of the foundation shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement of the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to include material and labour for providing platform with foundation for installation of AVR, size and design as per the OEM norms fullfilling safety and technical requirements with a minimum working space all around the AVR, including earthwork excavation, RFR, removing earth, shuttering to concrete, necessary provisioning for fixing of AVR like foundation bolts etc... complete all as per OEMs instructions. .

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 400 sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
