Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The mortar can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadiene emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimum flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed. upto 25 mm average thickness and (upto 4 storey of building). Note :- Cement and Sand in proportion 1:2 (graded coarse sand) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engr-in Charge.

Supply & application cementitious grouting admixture with the cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag cement and injecting with high pressure by grouting pump through non return PVC nozzles prefix with rapid setting cementitious plugging mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left with in the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusals or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface, complete as per manufacturer’s instruction as specified and as directed. Supply and applying two coats of High performance elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating sandwiched with 45 GSM glass fibre reinforcement on the entire floor and 1.0 m of all walls of all toilets as per following methodology:- Cleaning of exposed concrete surface by mechanical means or by hydro blasting to remove laitance, loose particles, contamination etc. which may hinder bonding. Coving of RCC joints with PCC (1:1.5:3) mixed with Integral Water Proofing compound. Applying one coat of Waterproofing membrane to concrete surfaces followed by application of 45GSM glass fibre on the wet surface. Applying second coat of waterproofing membrane at the right angles to the direction of first coat. Second coat shall be applied after the first coat gets dry.
