Removing excavated materials (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement sand mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars , etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class‘B’ bricks,old size ,well kiln burnt , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement sand mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as direted.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of cement concrete ( un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastic dividing strips 1.5 mm thick and 22 mm wide. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of 18mm thick granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished in pillars and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished chequered Cement Concrete tiles of 25 mm minimum thick, size of (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm double layer machine pressed set ( as per IS 1237-2012), jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material , Labour and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed..

Materials and labour for Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) including taking dwon old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, labour for high strength steel deformed TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including hooking ends for straining chain link fencing and fixed on fencing post complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of chain Link 3 mm dia , 75mm x75mm mesh size of mild steel galvanized fencing and minimum weight 2.1 Kg per Sqm and including fixed with straining bolts incl provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, Each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and not exc 10 cm long, dia of neck 11-15mm complete all as specified and as directed.
