Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding. 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing shutter in same opening after repairing, area exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppyling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F anodised aluminium frame, powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, lock, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 5.50mm thick glazing in square/ rectangle not exc 0.50 sqm each pane with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel/aluminium frame, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
