Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bricks sub class ‘B’ laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 4.00 above but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No. 10.00 here-in-after shall be used under this item.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) to underground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying cable and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to 18cm after laying of cable and cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately. .

Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing LT panel bord (outdoor type) cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, dust and vermin proof and angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm, pedestal frame grouted in PCC 1:4:8 (type B1) 20 mm graded stone aggregate thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands, panel should be covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete including cooper bus bar of capacity 200 Amps, TPN, three phase, 04 wire (in separate chamber). Panel shall be painting with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and consisting of the followings:- (a) incoming MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amp, 415 volts, breaking capacity not less than35 KA with microproceser release – 01 Nos. (b) Outgoing MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA. Fixed type – 01 Nos. (c) Out going isolator TPN 32 Amp – 02 Nos. (d) Out going isolator DP 32 Amp – 04 Nos. (e) Degital Voltmeter 0-500 Volts – 01 Nos. (f) Digital Ameter 0- 200 with ratio of CTs - 01 Nos.

Note :- (i) LT panel base frame shall be grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. The base shall be 60cm height from the nearest road level/floor level or as directed.(ii) All incoming MCCB shall be connected through MCCB spreaders with incoming bus bar and incoming cable shall be connected with incoming bus bar.(iii) LT Panel is CPRI approved and Drawing of LT Panel shall be got approved well in advance from GE before fabrication of LT Panel. (iv) The quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & provision of 65mm lock with 2 keys. Make of Lock :- Godrej / Harrison / Link.(v) Cost of platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration if required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, fixing in replacement aluminium thimble suitable for 25 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm size of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing and checking of faulty LT under ground cable, repair the same after removing the fault of cable, any size, any type and testing of the same complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately (ii) If cable is damaged by the contractor’s workmen during the execution of work the same shall be provided/repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satification of GE. (iii) Road cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing . Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Demolition of existing damaged coping of pole for lying PVC conduit and making good completewith PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 usiing 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface of feeder piller box size 1.2x1.5x0.6 mtr and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (grey/red) over a coat of anticorrosive primer including patch work, welding replacement of defective hinges, repair inner/outer surface of feeder pillar box /door etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for maintenance of ACB 440 Volts, 800 Amps to 100 Amps including removal of ACB trolly, overhauling and general maintenance including cleaning of all copper mail and femail contact, tightening of all connection, checking all auxiliary contacts, control wiring etc, refixing the ACB trooly to its original position including proper setting of manual/otorize operation of ACB, checking/setting of tripping system etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Maintenance to be carriedout by authorized OEM of company (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished from OEM.

M&L for cleaning metal surface of rout indicator and writing the details of cable such as size of cable, LT/HT as per site with white enmal colour complete all as specified and as directed.
