(iv) Checking of earth resistance , Load balancing (v) Checking of loose connections (vi) Testing of APFC Panels and power factor Identification and devlopment of energy conservation opportunities.(ENCON) (vii)Comparition and cost benefit analysis by low medium and long term measures. (viii) Submission of energy audit report along with recommendations as per annexture

M & L for Electrical safty energy audit of LIFT Installations and ,Fire fighting system based on inventory of energy using existing system and assumption of current operating conditions, calculations of energy uses under AOR of AGE E/M(W) Colaba ,Mumbai as per following details : (i) conducting servy of all Machine Rooms of lift -51 Nos (ii) conducting servy of fire fighting Pump houses -5Nos (iii) On ground site check of all control Panel boards and fire panel boards. (iv) Checking of earth resistance in Machine Room , Load balancing (v) Checking of loose connections (vi) Identification and devlopment of energy conservation opportunities.(ENCON) (vii) Comparition and cost benefit analysis by low medium and long term measures. Notes : (i) Energy audit service provider must be having certification of BUREAU OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY (ii)Energy audit service provider must be having minimum experience of 10 years with Central Govt and Statae Govt. Supply and lay graded coarse aggregate of 20mm size underneath of transformer yard all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in Meter rooms and other electric installtions complete all as secified.

Taking down plastering on lathing (other than wire - netting), without removing lathing, in cement mortar from the existing transformer platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick 1:3, on fair faces of existing transformers platform complete all as specified and directed.
