Earth work in excavation by mannual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 M including disposal excavated earth upto 1 Mt from cutting edge, disposal earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering All work upto plinth level (using crushed stone aggregate)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (using crushed stone agg.)

Reinforcement cement concrete works in beams suspended floors, roofs, having a slope upto of 15 degree, landing balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staiarcases, upto floor five level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5: 3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Cold Twisted bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundation, footings, base for columns etc for mass concrete.
