Repair and Renovation Works for Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited Building at Jaipur

Providing and fixing a Anchor Bolt (e.g., M10 or M12 size, Hot-Dip Galvanized/Stainless Steel) in the existing facade wall/structure for securing cladding members, including drilling, cleaning, resin injection, bolt fixing, and all necessary tools, tackles, and scaffolding/access.

Dismantling and demolition of complete existing small/standard size bathroom/toilet, including removal of all sanitary fixtures, CP fittings, accessories, flooring and wall finishes, concealed and exposed water supply, drainage and waste pipes, traps and connections, including cutting, breaking, dismantling, removal, stacking/disposal of dismantled materials and debris within the specified lead, labour, tools, tackles and all incidental works, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

A. Structure & Insulation Base Frame: Heavy-duty, anti-corrosive Mild Steel (MS) or Galvanized Iron (GI) structural base frame designed for rooftop placement, including lifting hooks/cleats. Walls & Roof: 50 mm thick PUF (Polyurethane Foam) or EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Insulated Sandwich Panels with pre-painted Galvanized Iron PPGI sheet cladding (minimum 0.45 mm thickness) on both sides. PUF provides superior thermal and acoustic insulation, which is essential for a terrace location.Floor:18 mm Cement Fibre Board or Marine Plywood flooring fixed over the MS/GI sub-structure, with a finish of Vinyl Flooring or PVC Tile suitable for a wet area. B. Doors, Windows & Ventilation Door: One single access door (e.g., MS frame with PUF infill and laminate finish) complete with a lockset. Window: One or two Aluminium or UPVC sliding windows with clear/frosted glass and necessary security bars (if required).Ventilation: Provision for one exhaust fan cutout/opening. C. Electrical and Plumbing Points Electrical: Complete internal wiring in surface-mounted PVC conduit, including: One 16 Amp power socket point for a microwave/kettle. Two 6Amp socket points. One light point (with LED fixture) and one fan point (with switch/regulator).External main junction box/socket for power input. Plumbing: Provision for one sink drainage stub-out and one water supply inlet stub-out. D. Transportation & ErectionThe rate includes the transportation of the pre-fabricated unit (or panels) to the site and the labour/equipment (e.g., small crane or chain pulley) required for lifting and fixing the cabin onto the office terrace

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and Fixing of D- Type Handle of size 300 mm long of make Dorma as per the directions of Engineer -In Charge.

Providing and Fixing of Mid lock for Glass door as per the directions of Engineer- In-Charge

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass of approved brand and manufacture, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Removing paver block masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Providing and fixing notice push pin board, comprising softboard core finished with suitable fabric/felt covering, plain rectangular type, fixed securely on existing panel/wall surface using suitable adhesive and/or mechanical fasteners, including cutting, fitting, alignment, necessary hardware, labour, tools and tackles, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
