Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders

The Tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer ( District Level Officer ) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty First day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The Tenderer shall note that the scanned Documents can also be uploaded in the tasks created under Document/Evidence Required from the Bidder

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without Assigning any reasons

The Tender shall note that the Tender of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 -Qualification of the Tender in Section 2: Instructions to Tenders (ITT), will be considered for evaluation

The rates of all items appeared in Bill of Quantities are inclusive of all leads and lifts

Royalty Charges will be Deducted in every bill of contract as per rules

UDIN neccesory documents or any kind of fake document will lead to rejection of tender

The Project Completion Period is 06 (Six) Months including Monsoon

The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document KW-4

The successful Tenderer shall produce PF,ESI Licence. the work to be execute is labour oriented work at high sensitive and secured place, it is most required to produced approved labour list from concerned authority

The successful Tederer shall be registered with the GST and shall furnish the registred certificate

The Total EMD 2,00,000/- . Earnest Money Deposit shall be in two parts, Part (1) Rs.1,00,000/- by e- payment & Part (2) of the EMD.Rs.1,00,000/- by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Bank. Contractor should upload the scanned Copy of Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank. Original Bank Guarantee should be handed over by the bidders to THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, PWD, DHARWAD DIVISION, DHARWAD

Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/ machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular no GOFD/ AE263/ EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification Sl NoType of equipment Tipper/Tractor, Water Tanker.

The Tederer Should be License Holder in Civil Owned registered with Govt of Karnataka Registration Certificate (P.W.D License Class- III & above)

This bid documents clause No. 34.4 to be implemented as per deligation of power vide GO No. 423 FC-1 2018 Bangalore dated 24.09.2018

LOC/Letter of Credit should be in prescribed format-2, if not, then the tender will not be accepted

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

Estimate Rates are Exclusive of 18% GST

Star rates are not applicable

Any deviation/error/mistake found in units of items,they should be read as in the unified SR 2023-24and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.

3.2 B) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Annual maintenance of building work of value not less than Rs. 51.89 Lakhs.
