Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil, work in foul position, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No. 3.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m.

All as per Ser item No. 3.00 above but depth exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC, cast iron or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar, and taking out of trenches, if requred including cement concrete bed to drain pipe150mm internal dia of pipe and removal of rubbish, cemplete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser items No 6.00 here-in-before but 200mm internal dia of pipe.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in grounds and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour RCC pipes 150mm dia, class NP2, laid on concrete bed and jointed complete with collars and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Concrete bed, haunching etc, shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), bed to RCC pipe of 150mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 9.00 here-in-before but 200mm bore.

All as per Ser item No 10.00 here-in-beforebut 200mm bore.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), bed to drain pipe of 200mm bore, including completely surrounding the pipes after they are laid and tested, in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 kilometre but not exceeding 5.00 kilometre and depositing where directed , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC block/stone/boulder masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish, work in foul position (man hole/soakage well/septic tank etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 17.00 here-in-before but except blocks or slabs Note: PCC blocks obtained from Ser item No 16.00 shall be reused after cleaning etc.

Material and labour, rendering 20mm thick plaster on inside and outside wall of manhole pre-cast concrete block masnory surfaces in CM (1:4), mixed with approved WPC as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even and smooth (inside surfaces) and fair and even (outside surfaces) without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, loose filling of broken stone of gauge 80mm to 150 mm as in soakge wells/pits, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not othterwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub base of floors, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, bed blocks for fixing holdfasts, bed plates, PCC benching / gola to juction of wall and roof / chhajja etc., including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc, including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from Srl item No 26.00 here-in-before for every 25mm girth or part thereof above or below 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) For rate adjustment only. (ii) Quantity mentioned in Column-03 as 01 is notional only.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) as in cover slab of manhole or septic tank or soak pit and similar works, (including cutting of steel reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition),and stacking steel reinforcement for credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed inset here note of items 32.00 Note : Steel reinforcement bars and use and waste of form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, Precast RCC M-25 (Design mix)type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in cover slabs for manhole and the like, including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and direected. Note: Steel re-inforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, Precast RCC M-25(Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in baffle wall, precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc, slightly rounded or chamfered or mitred tops including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and direected. Note: Steel re-inforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat, rough finished, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceding 10 cm but not exceding 20 cm wide rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour, reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls, baffle wall and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pillasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately udner respective item.

Material & labour form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapet, stair case railings, baffle wall and similor works including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter for fair finished surface of concrete, complete att as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) of thickness not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 36.00 here-in-before but 6 to 8 mm dia.

Material and labour, mild steel Fe-290 (Grade E-165) quality as in small items such as clamps, hold fast, straps, bands, support for stays for rain water pipes, tie bar nosing to steps, rungs and similar work including grouting in cement mortar or cement concrete if required, complete all as specified and directed.

De-sludging and cleaning of solid / liquid sludge by pumping manually from inside the septic tanks (of any descripton and of any depth) and removal of all the sludge/sludge water (in a closed container, in a hygienic way) to a distance not exceeding 50metres, and depositing in and excavation of pit, in alternate layers of 30cm thick of sludge and earth, complte all as specified and directed(at authorised dumping site).

Supply and fix, in repair, cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, 100mm dia bore, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall with MS holder bats/clamps including nut and bolts as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, in repair, cast iron cowls for 100 mm dia vent pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, cutting into walls of existing manholes for connecting new drain pipe 150mm bore, making good to wall in CM (1:3)/ PCC (1:2:4) after inserting pipe, cutting out benching & forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 sectiion) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, reforming benching as required and rendering smooth finished, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted/rates shall be inclusive of removing and replacing of manhole cores and temporarily plugging drains as required and also risk in cutting.

All as per Ser items No 43.00 here-in-before but for connecting new drain pipe 200 bore.

Meterial and labour, hardcore of borken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed and specified.
