Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc, complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with sub class `B' brick (Old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note : 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving (un reinforced) n exc. 15 cm. thicknesses, below or above ground level, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation,sub base of floor mass concrete & cinder concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to receive floor finishcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and joining in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of tiles , including laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and directed .

Supply , laying & testing in repair for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section x 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gentally hand ramming and consolidation of thickness of sand 18 cm all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note :- Sand thickness shall be measured 18 cm only thick after punning of sand.

M&L for bricks cover of old size bricks sub class 'B' with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flet abutted with with each other with gap between adjacent bricks n.exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection compete.

M & L for Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

M & L for Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
