M&L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 75mm thick concrete.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls by scrapping,washing down etc and and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over one coat of primer over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty on plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair building security light LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring complete with two runs of 10 Sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS, unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistanded with copper conductor drawn through and including 32 mm dia non matallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories must be concealed, and including provision of PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked, unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade 10 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor and making good the disturbed surface also matching the existing surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- Two Run of 10 Sq mm, One Run of 10 Sqmm And PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm grith all as directed.

NOTES: 1.Considering the emergent nature of work for upcoming Swarnim Vijay Varsh in the mid of Oct 2021,the work has to be undertaken and completed before the said event. 2.Contractor has to employ maximum labours (in Two shifts) at the worksite for early completion of works, so as not to interfere with the event,as the site will be utilised during the event. 3.Work has to be executed in two shifts during day and night everyday for the successful completion of works before the event. 4.Approvals for all the items needs to be taken immediately after acceptance so that there is no delay in finalising the same. 5.Contractor must adhere to revised security and work protocols keeping the event in view.
