Repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes not exceeding 30mm complete all as directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed

Material and labour for applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per MORTH specification clause No.503 complete all as directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm etc, complete all as directed.

Material and Laying dense bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified grading II (26.50mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ minimum 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve and desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete all as directed. Notes: 1.Actual binder content shall be as per job mix formula approved. 2. No price shall be applicable for excess qty of binder content is used.

Material and Laying of Bituminous Premixed Asphaltic Dense Concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 6.00 % binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total of mix, using asphaltic mechanical mixer plant and laid with sensor paver and rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required levels gradient, camber and super elevation etc complete all as directed. Notes: (1.The Final compaction will be carried out with pneumatic tyre roller of 15 to 30 tonne capacity having type pressure of 7 Kg / Sqcm after the entire paving operations are completed. 2. The entire filed is rolled minimum thirty times. 3. No price shall be applicable for excess qty of binder content is used. 4.Actula binder content shall be as per Job mix formula approved.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes complete all as directed. (Make: Asian Apcolite or equivalent)

Material and Labour for Solar road delineator 100% water proof pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated) fixed in repairs fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm(deep) complete all as directed. Make:- DA-112 of Dark eye or equivalent of Sun Eyez / M/S Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd./M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd/3M etc, all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Monorystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as directed.
