SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Outsourcing of services for continuous running of Sewage Treatment Plant by logging of running records, minor day to day repairs, upkeep of installation consisting of STP, pumping sets, DG Sets, Air compressor, chlorination plant, Sluice valve and reporting the occurences at the installation on all working days including sundays and holidays complete all as directed. The outsourcing shall be measured shift wise in sequence as follows :- 1st Shift :- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd Shift :- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs located at the following installation for a period of 334 Days (01 FGM per shift)

Outsourcing of services for continuous running of Sewage Treatment Plant by assisting in unkeep of installation, cleaning of installation premises consisting of STP, pumping sets, DG sets, Air compessor, chlorination plant, Sluice valves on all working days including sundays & holidays complete all as directed.The outsourcing shall be measured shift wise in sequence as follows :- 1st Shift :- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd Shift :- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs located at the following installation for a period of 334 Days (02 Helper per shift)

Outsourcing of services for continuous running of Central AC Plant for ACM 1 & ACM 2 at FAD including logging of running records, minor day to day repairs, upkeep of installation and reporting of occurences at the installation consisting of 3X25.1 capacity chiller expansion type with all connected accessories such as compressors, AHU's, pumping sets, cooling towers, panel board and DG sets etc. on all working days including sundays and holidays complete all as directed. The outsourcing shall be measured shift wise in sequence as follows :- 1st Shift :- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd Shift :- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs 3rd Shift : 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs located at the following installation for a period of 334 Days (01 Refrigerator Mechanic per shift)

Outsourcing of services for continuous running of Central AC Plant for ACM1 & ACM 2 at FAD by assisting in upkeep of installation, cleaning of installation consisting of 3X25.1 capacity chiller expansion type with all connected accessories such as compressors, AHU's, pumping sets, cooling towers, panel board and DG sets Etc by keeping clean installation premises on all working days including sundays and holidays complete all as directed. The outsourcing shall be measured shift wise in sequence as follows: - Shift timing will to be directed by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement located at the following installation for a period of 334 Days (01 helper per shift)

Outsourcing of services for continuous running of Central AC Plant NBC Shed at ABOD including logging of running records, minor day to day repairs, upkeep of installation and reporting of occurences at the installation consisting of 3 x 52 TR capacity direct expansion type with all connected accessories such as Compressors, AHU’s, pumping sets, cooling towers, panel board and DG set etc on all working days including sundays and holidays complete all as directed. The outsourcing shall be measured shift wise in sequence as follows :- 1st Shift :- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd Shift :- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs 3rd Shift : 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs located at the following installation for a period of 337 Days (01 Refrigerator Mechanic per shift)

Outsourcing of services for continuous running of Central AC Plant NBC Shed at ABOD by assisting in upkeep of installation and cleaning of installation consisting of 3 x 52 TR capacity direct expansion type with all connected accessories such as Compressors, AHU’s, pumping sets, cooling towers, panel board and DG set etc by cleaning installation premises on all working days including sundays and holidays complete all as directed. The outsourcing shall be measured shift wise in sequence as follows :- Shift timings will be directed by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement located at the following installation for a period of 334 Days (01 helper per shift)

Note:- (i) Staff employed by the contractor shall carry out daily carefully cleaning, greasing of pumps, motors, panel boards, DG sets and internal portion of pump house building, outdoor panel boards and maintain pump house in presentable condition all time all as specified and directed. (ii) The contractor shall carry out routine check and maintain check sheet daily/weekly/monthly and upkeep the installation, rectify normal troubleshooting, replacement of gland packing of pumps, motors and sluice valve in pump houses and delivery valves of overhead tank and minor parts like nut, bolts, washers, coupling rubber, star packing etc. (iii) Contractor/ Rep of Contractor will maintain log sheet daily and submit to department duly completed along with attendance sheet and payment register. (iv) Contractor shall submit the requsite certificates and experience before commencement of work all as specified and directed. (v) The rate of petty stores i.e nut bolts, washer, coupling rubber, star packing, gland rope, grease are included in above quoted rate. (vi) No T&P will be issued by the department for doing the above work, it shall be arranged and provided by the contractor like PH testing kit, chlorine test kit, tubidity test kit, pipe wrench, screw driver, sluice valve opening/ closing kit, cutter plier, digging tools etc at his own cost basis. (vii) The contractor shall provide a proper uniform for the tradesmen which will be specified/ directed by Engr-in-Charge.
