Attending day to day complaints for cleaning/ clearing the blockage in sewage line from manhole to manhole, between water closet/ trap and manhole including vertical pipes in shafts etc and between manhole and sump by entering into manhole of any depth (by using all safety measures as per Indian Standards) for manual/ mechanical rodding to ensure smooth flow of sewage water etc and removing the accumulated sludge, mud etc and other foreign material from manhole & channel and burying the same in pits at a distance of 10 Km including removing and re-fixing the manhole cover etc in the same position and making system fully functional as required including all T&P complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item No 1.00:- (i) Adequate labour/ Safaiwala daily shall be deployed by contractor to carry out above job on all working days including Saturday from 0930 Hrs to 1730 Hrs for attending complaint on day to day basis. The complaints received upo 1300 Hrs shall be attended on the same day. The complaints received after 1300 Hrs shall be attended on Next day before 1300 Hrs. If complaints shall not attended as per schedule, a recovery of Rs. 100/- per complaint per day shall be imposed from contractor's dues. (ii) The contractor shall deploy adequate supervisory menpower to note down and monitaring the complaints on all working days including Saturdays witth all necessary stationery such as Complaint Slip book, Complaint Register, attendance register etc. to maintain day to day complaints. (iii) The quoted rates shall includes cost of T&P, stationery, complaint slip Book, Complaint Register, Attandance Register & petty materials complete. (iv) The police verification of the employees shall be got done by the contractor and shall be submited to the Engr-in-Charge alongwith oher documents at the time of approval of Manpower/ immediately after commencement of work.
