Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially sunkun floor provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100mm thick including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4,type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound to be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning sunken portion of slab (Bottom & sides) and providing water proofing treatment as under complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Providing min 3" concave coving with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate admixed with WPC complast X 421 IC . Cement slurry admixed with bonding compound Nitobond AR to be used for bonding of coving with RCC member. Covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate admixed with integral WPC complast X 421 IC (Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd). (b) Drilling 50mm deep holes at a distance of 1m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 psi and nipples plugged with quick setting compounds. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastromeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC complast X 421 IC after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e) GI tubing 40 mm dia of medium grade for spout of 600 mm long for each sunken floor.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour and design in vertical surfaces 450mm X 300mm and 7 to 8mm thick including provision of high lighter tiles/ border, set and jointed in neat cement slurry or pointed in white or coloured to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 600mm x 600mm matt finished 7mm to 8mm thick ceramic tiles in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.
