Section- I Civil Works

5.10.15 Taking down C.A. Of G.C.I. Sheet in roofs with ridges including stacking the serviceable materials within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads as per direction of E/I.

5.5.12 Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

5.8.41 Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface throughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

5.8.45 Providing one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.8.9 Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

5.10.7 Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

5.7.3 Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.10.33 Providing 250mm. Wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 150mm clear depth and 250mm apron including cost of eartwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M. (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.8 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including .necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
