Execution of Work to UPoHA to Krishnas Butter Ball (Enhancement of Toilet Block and Creation of Visitors amenities at Mahabalipuram for the year 2026-27

Providing and raising the existing mild steel grill fencing by an additional height of 0.60 m towards the complete fencing, except the eastern and northern sides of the Butterball Complex, to prevent unauthorized entry by local hawkers, by cutting and removing the existing top half-round bars above the MS plate and extending the fencing in matching existing design and pattern, including all necessary materials, fabrication, cutting, welding, fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading, labour, tools and plant, and all incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per approved drawing. The quantity may be varied as per site conditions, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of approved enamel paint over the new grill fencing, including thorough scraping and cleaning of the surface, application of one coat of approved steel primer, preparation and application of enamel paint, including all necessary materials, labour, tools and incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The quantity may be varied as per site conditions, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning a complete hexagonal drinking water machine of 250 LPH capacity, semi-automatic type, with 3 dispensing points, 1000 L HDPE raw water storage tank, 225 L SS 304 treated water storage tank, 5-stage filtration system, FRP multi-media filter, RO purification system with spiral-wound membrane, anti-scalant dosing pump, high-pressure pump, UV disinfection system, CIP tank, air-cooled chiller, LED TDS display, AC/DC power arrangement with 6 V, 100 AH battery and 6 hours backup, complete with ISI-marked uPVC piping, all electrical and mechanical accessories, hexagonal GI/galvanized steel insulated enclosure with dome-shaped canopy, anti-skid/vitrified/terracotta flooring, required brick masonry foundation, installation, commissioning, testing, 5-day trial run, training and one-year warranty for tanks, motors, filters and the complete system, including all necessary materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as per the detailed technical specifications, Buyer’s requirements and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an integrated type solar LED lighting system comprising 100 Watt LED light fitting with solar PV module, charge controller, battery, necessary cables, connectors, mounting brackets and all other accessories, including supply and installation of 4.5 m high GI pole suitable for mounting the solar street/security light, pole mounting arrangements, foundation/anchoring and all necessary fittings, hardware and accessories required for complete and satisfactory operation, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing outdoor LED bollard light fitting suitable for garden, pathway and landscape lighting, of square type design and weatherproof/water-resistant construction, complete with LED light source, housing, diffuser, mounting arrangement, necessary wiring, cables, connectors, fixing accessories and electrical connections, including all necessary materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing and installation of solar LED security light/pole, including necessary earthwork excavation for pole foundation of size 1.00 m × 0.30 m × 0.30 m × 0.45 m depth, preparation and laying of plain cement concrete 1:5:10, curing, fixing, alignment and anchoring of the pole, including all necessary materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing GI three-tier stand using 1 inch diameter, 2.65 mm thick GI pipe in horizontal and vertical members, with base plates at all four corners of size not less than 3 inch × 3 inch, as per approved drawing, along the MS grill fencing towards the eastern side of Krishna’s Butterball, including cutting to required sizes, assembling, welding, dressing of joints, painting, fixing in position and all necessary materials, labour, tools and plant, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per site conditions.

Providing and relaying/converting the existing stone steps along the pathway into a ramp using available cut stones, including 20% additional quantity for increased slope length and increased base concrete, laid to the required gradient with cement mortar 1:6, including all necessary materials, labour, tools and incidental works. The quantity may be varied as per site conditions, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pointing on stone masonry work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including raking out loose/defective existing joints, cleaning and wetting the joints, preparation and application of cement mortar, finishing the pointed joints neatly and curing, including all necessary materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects in accordance with the standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing handrail using E.R.W. steel tube of 1 inch diameter and 2.65 mm thickness, including cutting, bending, welding, fitting and fixing to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, complete with necessary clamps, brackets, supports and fittings, including application of one coat of approved steel primer to the prepared surface, including cost of all materials, consumables, T&P, conveyance, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes, duties and levies, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
