Scarifying and picking bituminous macadum surface of any description and thickness all as specified and as directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep & averaging 15cm deep & getting out in soft/ loose soil including clearing all grass, vegitation, sapplings, shurbs, brush woods and removing spoil etc to a distance of 50 metres outside the premises of the area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point (Soils) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and laying of moorum/red bajri brought outside MD land for filling and forming embankments raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc. not exceeding 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling brought outside MD land for in pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber incl watering with power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(Note - (a) Dry density 97% of MDD at OMC to be achived for each layer as per IRC 37:2001. (b) For top layer min soaked CBR value 20% to be achived). (c) Quoted rates shall include cost of all required testing.

Rolling to formation level in cutting with power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - (a) Compaction with moisture content 2% higher than optimum moisture content to achive dry density of 95% of Max Dry Density as per IRC 37:2001 and min soaked CBR value 5% to be achived for receiving subsequent layers of moorum and for non-expansive soil where moorum filling not required, min CBR soaked value 20% to be achieved for receiving subsequent layers of GSB. (b) Quoted rates shall include cost of all required testing.

M & L for 300mm thick (compacted thickness ) Granular Sub Base (GSB) of grade I as per table 400-I of MORT&H, IRC specification laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete as per MORTH specification clause-401 including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and as directed and to fill gaps/voids by fillers as approved by GE.

M&L for 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Mecadam (WMM) in two layers as per MORT&H specification, using crusher broken graded stone aggregate laid with mechanical paver ,rolled and compaceted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed and to fill gaps/voids by fillers as approved by GE,.

Preparing WBM/WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc by cleaning the WBM/WMM surface with power compressor and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminuos primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 7.5 kg/X Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 75mm or less compacted thickness premixed bituminous macadam laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note for Item No.14.0:- (i) The actual binder content for BM used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of whatever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 44000/- per MT ( without considering the permissible tolerence on minus side ) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side

M&L for preparing newly laid bitumenous mecadam black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked muds etc sweeping with broom & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 2.5 kg /Xsqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix Semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (paving bitumen) of grade VG - 30 content by weight of total mix by using mechanical paver and vibratory roller, spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note for Item No.17:- (i) The actual binder content for SDAC used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of whatever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 44000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerence on minus side ) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side

M&L for PVC pipes of 110mm bore 6Kgf/Sqcm including fittings, fixed in masonry wall as in spouts/weep holes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for RCC Hume pipe 450mm dia class NP-3 with collars laid on concrete base as in culverts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chmfered angles and throating complete with and including form work all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (internal portion) with CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer on surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregates as in kerbs/edging of size 450x300x125mm, setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded coarse stone aggregates as in surface chennel and drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 160mm outer dia HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6Kgf/Sqcm fixed as spout , weep holes, road crossing pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 50mm outer dia HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6Kgf/Sqcm fixed as spout , weep holes, road crossing pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling under drains or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and as directed.
