Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in sunken portion of bathroom/toilet not otherwise specifically provided for including tiles and removing demolished material to a distance exc. 250 m and not exc. 500 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion including vertical surface of bathroom/ toilets/kitchen with APP based polymeric membrane with following procedure:- (a) Cleaning and washing of existing surface properly with wire brushes. (b) Brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including rounding of junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (c) Applying 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:3) to the bottom & sides of sunken floor mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement. (d) Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm on plastered surface (e) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (f) Laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (min.) and standard weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm / sqm) and joints sealed by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 150 mm on end lap and 100 mm side lap complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Treatment shall be done through authorised representative of manufacturer. (ii) Rate of Water proofing compound shall deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of under floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor for correction of slope/levelling etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75 Kgf/cm2, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction including demolition of existing plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10+5 mm in CM 1:4 mixed with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equivalant intergral water proofing admixture @ 200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit (Pidilite) or equilvalant in the ratio (1:4:7), (one part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture /Sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pidi proof 101 and super latex 302 to be measured and paid separately as supply only.
