REPAIR/ MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANKS/ MANHOLES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK IN TECHNICAL AREA CVRDE AVADI

Carry out the rectifications of blockage/soakage etc in sewage system such as sewage line, septic tank, Manholes , gully trap and floor trap etc by using suitable manual/mechanical devices in liquid and foul position as on demand received/directed by Engineer in charge with sufficient manpower and keep entire sewage system free from blockage/ soakage complete all as directed The brief scope of work consists of following:- (i) Cleaning of blocked / soaked manholes of any depth including removal of obstructed particles/dirt etc., and washing wall/floors surfaces with fresh water including removing and re-fixing the existing manhole cover slab/ inlet and outlet pipes without damage etc. The quoted rate deems to include for working in foul condition. (ii) Roding the existing blocked/soaked sewage pipe line of any diameter between manholes/septic tank etc and removing all foreign materials and sludge completely from the pipe line and making serviceable for free flow of sewage system. Pumping out sludge including water from the soak pit / septic tank/Manholes depth not covered above Item No.1.etc. mechanically by using tipper with tanker and non clog sewage pump set arrangement including foot valve, necessary draining out pipe etc and removing all foreign materials, sludge, water including cleaning the soak pit/ septic tank/ manholes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) The sludge removed shall be taken outside MD land for disposal and disposed as agreed by local body ie, Municipality etc, and when removed from the soak pit/septic tank/manholes. The cost of disposal shall be inclusive of the unit rate quoted by the tenderers under this item. No extra cost on this account is admissible. (b) Pumping shall be carried out in the presence of MES representative. (c) The quoted rate deems to include for working in foul condition.

Cutting down plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/sides external walls of bldgs chajjas wall junctions incl taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces and cleaning the roof surface. shall be carried out using PCC (1:2:4) type'B' or cement mortar 1:2) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes of internal dia 100 mm (SGSW) or CI set in cement mortar all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes of internal dia 150 mm (SGSW) or CI set in cement mortar all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes of internal dia 200mm (SGSW) or CI set in cement mortar all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & labour for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) of internal dia 100 mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & labour for salt glazed stone (SGSW) ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified dia of pipe 150mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & labour for Reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP3, 200mm dia bore laid and jointed complete with collars and tested Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
