Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.then disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footings bases of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete.`

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings, and the like:-i)Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floor and wll:- Under 20cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

In foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect. :- a) Tor steel.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand). complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.

Supplying cast iron cover without frame for man hole (For frames of 500mm internal dia meters C.I.cover medium duty the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg).complete in all respect.

Providing. 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200mmx 200mmx 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes (Light grade) i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect.Labour rate only.
