Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 30.5 Mtr. internally & externally Hot dip galvanised Flag mast shaft in three sections , top shaft made up of 3 mm thk middle section in 4 mm & bottom shaft in 5mm thk HT Steel sheet Conforming to grade S355JO, E 350. The shaft shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding and no circumferential welding. 3 sections of the shaft are press fit at site to achieve the height. Top A/F of the shaft is 150 mm and bottom A/F is 540 mm. Base plate shall be welded (inside & outside) with shaft . The shaft shall be PU painted with a coating of etch primer and finishing with PU paint .

Supply Installation testing & commissioning of double drum winch, 8 mm dia , galvanised wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. lightening finial will be provided with supply mast . XLPE insulated, PVC outer sheathed, armoured, UG cable of 3 C 4sq mm Cu cable ( motor connection ) , 3C 6 sq mm Al cable ( light ) connection of required length should be included .

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 350 watt LED Flood Light luminaire . Luminaire housing should be made up of Diecast Al with toughen glass front cover . Lumen output of the luminaire at 5700 deg k should be more than 42000 lumen . Luminaire should have IP 65 and IK 07 protection with average life of 50000 burning our at L70 . Beam angle of the luminaire should be narrow type for Illuminating Flag mast.at top including 3C 2.5 sq mm cable for wiring of luminaire installed on pole .

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 5 Mtrs internally and externally Hot dip galvanised Octagonal pole made up of 3 mm thick HT Steel sheet Conforming to grade S355JO , E 350 . The pole shaft should be continuously tapered one section with single longitudinal welding . Top A/F of the pole shaft is 70 mm and bottom A/F is 130 mm . Base plate of 200 mm. X 200 mm. X 12mm ( thk ) shall be welded (inside & outside) with pole shaft . Four ( 4 ) no.M16.X 600 mm long " J" bolts with accessories are included in supply for fixing of pole with foundation using 4 nos. existing holes on base plate . Poles should shall be supplied with weather proof & vandal resistant ant inbuilt flash door including locking arrangement with Alan key including supply and fixing of circuit board with cable termination facility and MCB .
