REPAIR TO LEAKAGE, SEEPAGE, ROOF SHEET, VALLEY GUTTER AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT X, L AND MES AREA AT AF STN DIGARU

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated and semi-corrugated etc sheet) in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.5mm thk of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item No 5.00 here in before but except Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable sheet retrieved from Sl item No 01 shall be reused.

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails including fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions with Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified and Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new false ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
