Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and weli ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified anad as directed.

Removing excavated material as soil exc. 50 m and n.exc 250 m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete TypeB1 1:2:4 usning 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete Type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm stone graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 set in CM(1:6) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah roods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed Steel Bars produced by Thermo Mechanical Treatment process [TMT] steel bars of grade Fe-500D in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.
