Comprehensive, operation and maintenance of the 50KLD STP consisting of 1 No. multigrade filter, 1 No. of activated carbon filter, 2 Nos of blowers, 2 Nos of chlorine dosing pumps, 2 Nos of filter feeding pumps, 2 Nos of treated water pumps and 1 Nos of sludge re-circulation pump performing on submerged activated fixed filrm (SAFF) technology. It includes 2 Nos staff (2 Shifts : One staff in each shift, skilled operator) for operation and maintenance, replacement of all defective parts, consumable, media, chemicals, watch and ward etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. It will be responsibility of the contractor to maintain the following parameter for treated water :- (1) BOD- 0-10mg/l, (2) COD- 0-50mg/l (3) pH- 6.5 to 8.3 (4) TSS-0-10mg/l (5) Ecoli-10000cfu/ml etc. complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (Payment of consumable items i.e. sodium hypo chloride and bacto-klean will be paid separately). Water and electricity shall be provided free of cost for operation. Testing charges of treated water shall be reimbursed to the contractor
Supply and stacking at site disinfectant containing liquid sodium hypo-chloride solution of 8% strength etc. complete as per directions & satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Supply and stacking of bacto-klean or equivalent chemical with following characteristics for the purpose of removing odour of row sewage etc. (a) Smell-No Foul (b) pH: 3-4 (c) lactobacillus count >10^ 4 cfu/ml (d) Yeast count >10^4 cfu/ml (e) Aerophilic count > 10^4 cfu/ml etc. complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer in charge
