Taking down and dismantling of defective parts of geysers of any capacity by unscrewing the nuts from the mounting bolts and disconnection of electric and water connection including transportation the same to workshop and reinstallation/Reassembling complete of geysers after repair. NOTE(i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Minor parts such as nuts and bolts reqd for fixing inner tank is deemed to be included under this item.

Spray painting of Geyser of any capacity with synthetic enamel paint of superior quality including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole mcb 10 amps. Fan/Exhaust Fans

Taking down ceiling fan from any position dismantling the blades, cutting damaged winding and taking the fans to contractor wksp for rewinding of ceiling fan motor single phase 220/230 volts 50 c/s 1200/1400 mm sweep of any type with suitable size super enameled copper winding wire with allied winding material varnishing with air dry insulation carrying complete servicing of fan by cleaning greasing the bearing, oiling of moving parts, washer packing including replacement of split pin, twin flexible copper wire of size 0.5 Sqmm length upto 1 Mtr length, reassembling and testing on load and fixing in existing position,complete all as directed. (i) unserviceable parts/components require for replacement shall be paid under separate item as “supplied only” . Note (i) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of Fan/Eaxhaust fan to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs and testing of fan at workshop .

Supply only Rubber real with nut, bolts clamp and washers of suitable size for ceiling fan.

Supply only Top and bottom canopy of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Down rod of mild steel of standard dia upto 0.5 mtrs length suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep

Supply only Fan hook 15" long made out of 8mm MS bar 'S' hook including suitable clamp made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron and also including nuts, bolts etc. complete all directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan,socket or power) complete fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, regulators,sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc.

Point wiring with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed cable in and including PVC casing caping and accessories including 1.50 Sqmm PVC FRLSH copper earth wire (green colour) for one light point or fan point or bell point controlled by one, one way switch using cable of different insulation colour for colour coding including 3mm thick laminated sheet cover, mild steel sheet or cast iron boxes including cutting chases and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall/floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 06 hereinbefore but for 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp independent.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviciable Sheet metal enclousre for DBs double door single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar of 8- way, 240 volts complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole and nuetral 6 to 40 Amps, 240 volts complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 6 to 32Amps, 240 volts all as spd and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 6.0 sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand, FRLSH PVC sheathed two run (as phase and neutral) and run 6.0 Sqmm multistrand FRLSH PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in drawn in new concealed/surface PVC conduit wiring as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC, White recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and direcred.

Supply and fixing LED building security light fitting light of 35 Watt 230 Volt , AC,outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with IP 65/66 protection with connection of suitable size 1.5 sqmm wire complete. make:- bajaj/ Havells/Crompton etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket for building security light bracket made out of 32 mm dia GI light grade tubing not less than 1.5 mtr long bend to shape including pole clamps made out of suitable iron strip and nut bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminuin conductor, 1100 V grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core fixing on wall surface with using of suitable size clamp properly complete all as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Earthing complete with galvanized steel with plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth kit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25mm x 4mm thick by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point incl necessary earth work excavation PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth chamber provn of RCC cover 40mm thick in 1:2:4 mix type B1 funnel with water pipe GI pipe 15mm dia medium grade as protection pipe GI earth lead all as specified.

Supply and fix Meter Box consisting space to fix MCCB as Incomer and 04 nos meter and providing 05 nos MCB SPN 40 Amps 25kA, METER box double door fixed type wall mounted CRCA approved FACTROY MADE, 2 mm thick sheet enclousure indoor type. The rates including taking down old meter and connecting in new panel with 6 sqmm wires with proper thimbling connection with out any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.The panel should consists of the following :- INCOMING (1) MCCB 63 AMP 4 P 16 kA thermal magnetic adjustable based with o/c, s/c protection & ROH - 01 nos (2) Indicating lamps RYB - 03 nos. OUT GOING : (1) 40 amp MCB SPN 25 kA with enclosure-05 nos. (2) Space for refixing existing electrical meter - 04 nos. NOTE - Contractor should visit the site and to prepare panel as per size required to fit inside the wall of stair case of bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Dismantling of old Aluminium strip of any size, complete including making good of disturbed portions of wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Removing & refixing in repair of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long by tightening with necessay fixing arrangement fixed on existing/new PVC blocks, screw, nut,bolt & washer on top of the roof and making good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Air termination single pointed alumminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long fixed including taking out old air termination rod with complete fixing arrangement on top of the roof all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replcement of Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm thick fixed with procelain/PVC saddle and fixing serew etc with minimum twonumber saddles with screws on and including PVC gutties in each one mtr of length for roof conductor and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replcement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. Screw complete including taking out old u/s test point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
