Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Package, Ductable and VRV/VRF Type ACs installed in various location at IIT Delhi.

Amount

Comprehensive maintenance of water-cooled package, ductable and VRV/VRF type air-conditioners includes the following work: - 1. Replacement of all kinds of defectives components parts and PCB cards etc. 2. Rewinding of motors with suitable enameled copper wire of suitable size (ISI Marked). 3. Providing and topping up the refrigerant gas in all types of air-conditioners with the complete refrigeration line and compressor, after leakage testing with nitrogen within 48 hrs. Failing which, a compensation amounting to Rs. 2000.00/day shall be lived on the firm and be deducted from the bill. As when required on site. 4. Replacement of defective Compressors installed in the package, ductable and VRV/VRF type air-conditioners from the respective manufactures of the compressors [Blue star, Kirloskar, Tecumsheh, Carrier, Votlas] Compressors shall be get replaced from the manufacture installed in the Air-conditioners including providing and changing the refrigerant gas in the water/air cooled package type air-conditioners, ductable type air-conditioners and VRV/VRF type air-conditioners with the complete refrigeration line and compressor after leakage testing with nitrogen within 48 Hrs of award of work or as and when required on site. 5. De-scaling of all type of condensers and cooling coil with fins of (3.0TR, 5.0TR, 7.5TR, 8.5TR, 11.0TR, 12.0TR, 16.0TR and 22.0TR) package and ductable type air-conditioners with chemical Sunshine including brushing and flushing with caustic soda etc. twice in a year. First time within seven days of award of work, next in six months after work or as required on site. [One job means 1 AC per six months] 6. Comprehensive maintenance of electrical panels including replacement of all kinds of defective component, retightening and cleaning with CTC/CRC or equivalent chemical (i) Contractor shall carry out Preventive maintenance of all electrical and electronic operating panels and starters of all the package and ductable type air-conditioning system and will replace the defective parts within 24 hrs.
