2.6.1.Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5cm in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth within the initial lead of 50 mtrs. and from the initial lift of 1.5 mtrs. The disposed off earth shall be levelled properly as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

2.7.3.Earthwork in excavation in hard rock over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5cm in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth within the initial lead of 50 mtrs. and from the initial lift of 1.5 mtrs. 2.31.Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

4.1.8.Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and up to ground level in foundations,above ground level upto any hight, fillings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete (using Nowrangpur quality sand) [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]. P.C.C.1:4:8 (1 cement:4coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size)

4.1.3.Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and up to ground level in foundations,above ground level upto any hight, fillings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete (using Nowrangpur quality sand) [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]. P.C.C.1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

5.2.2.Providing and laying cement concrete for all RCC works with maximum 20mm and down graded size hard granite stone aggregates in roof slab, stair case, landing slabs,columns, footings,chajjas, canopies, bands, lintels, beams, lofts,projections etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for consolidation, curing for three weeks excluding cost of shuttering & centering and reinforcement.( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO's STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.9.1.Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns,beam,roof slab,staircase and all types of RCC work at all heights in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.22.4.Supplying and placing in position hot rolled deformed bar reinforcement confirming to IS:432 grade one for RCC work at all heights and depths carrying the steel from store/issue point to site of work, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, including supply and binding with contractor's own 16 SWG black soft ennealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers, return of unused/scrap/unserviceable steel to Owner's storage point etc. all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/HOT ROLLED DEFORM BARS SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

6.4.2.Providing and laying fly ash brick masonry in foundation,superstructure,below plinth and above plinth upto all height in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) with bricks including scafollidings, curing and racking out joints etc.all complete including all tools and tackles (using Nawrangpur quality sand). (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

7.1.1.Providing and laying Random rubble masonry with approved hard stone in drains, foundation, plinth, walls below ground level, above ground level upto any hight, culverts, retaining wall in all size and height with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including curing, cost of the stone, royalty etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (using Nowrangpur quality sand). (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

9.48.1.Providing and fixing M.S. Grill / gates of required pattern in wooden/Iron frames of windows/gates masonry etc.with M.S.Flat square/round bar with round threaded nut/ welding or by screws etc., all complete (All required steel materials for this item shall have to be procured by the contractor).

10.2.Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(STRUCTURAL STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2.Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the Wall/roof/ masonary work using approved type of sand including curing etc., all complete for all height.(using Nowrangpur quality sand)( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

13.61.1.Supplying and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved quality and shade on all type of surfaces including surface preparation, de-greasing,cleaning,drying, providing temporay staging,scaffolding, testing etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

13.43.1.Supplying and Applying one coat of primers of approved quality/make as recommended by the Engeener-in-charge,including preparation of old/new in all type of surface by brushing,applying emeri paper, sand papering, filling holes/pits by putty etc. all complete.

13.71.Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (UOM - Per letter per cm height).

2.27.Supplying and filling of sand including ramming, consolidating complete as per instruction of EIC.

13.41.1.Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer
