Earth work in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum. In volume within 50 m. initial lead and1.5 m. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.3 m.in depth and as per specification approved by the department including all costs of labour,sundries, tools & plants required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and Plinth with sand well watered and rammed & dressed & level to proper gradient including all cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4 cm. size crusher broken hard granite metals of approved quality including mixing with concrete mixture, lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 300 mm. in depth, ramming compacting to proper thickness, watering, curing for required period including all cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Ragid Smooth centering and shittering

Rainforced cement concret M-20 grade using 20mm and down graded size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing with concrete mixture, including hoisting and laying in position & compacting with vibrateor to proper design section indlucing all the cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials, labour, rigid smooth centering, shuttering and dismantling the same after 28 days of casting, watering, curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. First Floor

Flaysh. Brick masonry in Cement mortar (1:6) in super structure and with necessary projections using CB bricks of 9” size having a crushing strength between 75 to 100 kg. Per sq.cm including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and carbelling and watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge. including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge.

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles

2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with hard black broken granite stone chips of approved size and quality from approved quarry with chicken mass including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all material with all labour and T&P etc compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge

6 mm thick Cement Plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over RCC surface including deep chiping & including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line watering curing for seven days with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line watering curing for seven days with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 20mm thick Cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:6) over Stone masonry after racking out joints including watering and curing for 7 days including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. compt as direceted by the Engineer in charge

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T & P etc complete. Ground Floor

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved space over a coat of chalk wash including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge

Providing and fixing in position of MS Angle Gril/ Iron door and window grill with iron shutters with 40mmx40mmx5mm thick angle iron and MS flat of 25mmx6mm made out of 18 gauge including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge..

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint to new iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials labour and T&P etc compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge
