Cleaning of spillage coal due to tipper unloading at Truck receiving stations of New CHP and Silo and other places by mechanical means for a period of 365 days at Dipka Expansion Project.

Amount

Cleaning of spillage coal during unloading of tippers at coal receiving hoppers of Truck receiving stations and other places by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator of one cum bucket capacity) for 24 hrs i.e. in all three shifts with two nos. operators including staggered rest. Hydraulic excavator is to be made available continuously at the working place in all three shifts. However the anticipated working hours will be 16 hrs per day i.e. about 487 hours per month.

Note: (i). All manpower must be VTC trained and must be provided with safety equipment such as safety shoes, fluorescent jackets, helmets, safety belts etc. Providing of these safety equipments will be under the scope of contractor. (ii). Estimated cost is inclusive of diesel cost, operator wages, Contractor's Profit & other overhead expenses etc. excluding GST. (iii). Hydraulic excavator can also be deployed at any other locations as per instructions of Engineer In-charge. (iv). For non-availability of Hydraulic excavator, penalty in hours will be deducted on pro-rata basis.
