Construction of Building work including Clearing the site, barricading, survey & Setting out,Excavation, shoring, RCC Foundation work , All RCC Work including form work, centring & shuttering, Design mix concrete, Reinforcement, Block work, Doors & Windows, window grills, Back filling, Plinth filling with Moorum / Sand , bedconcrete under foundation, floors & Ramps, Flooring in rooms,Treads & Risers, wall tiles in Toilet, Plinth protection, Ceiling Plaster, Internal wall / column Plastering with putty finish & external rough plastering to receive wall clading or external palster with putty to receive paint, Parapet wall, Making terrace roof slope, Laying weathering Tiles and waterproofing treatment, Internal & External painting, brick tile cladding,disposal of surplus earth, rubbish etc and clearing the site after completion of the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Including- (i) All cantilever projections, like Porch, Chajjas, roof slab projection etc, (ii) Mumty / Headroom at First Floor with roof slab, parapet wall & similar treatment to terrace slab as that of main building, Steel access Ladder (iii) Steps, GL to plinth level including flooring & skirting as per main staircase. All as per tender drawings and specifications mentioned in Employer's requirement.

G+1 Government School Building for floor height 3.6 m

G+0 School Kitchen and mid day meal room for floor height 3.0 m,

G+0 Gents Toilet for floor height 3.0 m.

Notes: 1. The Plinth area at Plinth Level (Outer to outer of wall / Column before Plastering) will be measured for payment. 2. No extra Payment for Head room, cantilever RCC Projections. Steps GL to plinth. 3. Trenches / Pipes etc in flooring for Systems requirement will be extra and operated from Provisional sum.

Provisional Sum for following works to be executed as per requirement of the CMRL @ approximately 22.5% of total cost

Internal Water supply & sanitary installations @ 5%

Civil external service connections @ 1.25 %

Electrical external service connections @ 3.75 %

Internal electrical installations @ 12.50 %

Detailed Design and drawings and Getting approval of GC/Engineer, including preparation of As-built drawings and submission of Soft & hard Copies at the time of Handing over.

Design and submission of Drawings including As-built drawings for Civil, Structural, Architectural Finishes, Plumbing for water supply, Sanitary, Drainage, complete as per the approval of the Engineer & CMRL. All the Designs are to be carried out by either by competent in-house Engineer / Sub-Consultant all as approved by CMRL

Design and submission of Electrical Drawings including As-built drawings for Electrical complete as per the approval of the Engineer & CMRL. All the Designs are to be carried out by either by competent in-house Engineer / Sub-Consultant all as approved by CMRL
