Tender for Supply and fabrication for renovation work of Admin building and S&D at BPCL Karari Depot, Jhansi as per scope of work, drawing/Reference images as attached and terms & conditions. SCOPE OF WORK There is a requirement for Supply and fabrication for renovation work of Admin building and S&D at BPCL Karari Depot, Jhansi as per scope of work, drawing/Reference images as attached and terms & conditions and proper safety procedures needs to be ensured. Job includes designing, drawings, supervision, labor, materials, tools & tackles, consumables, equipment’s, etc. to complete the work in all respects in line and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. TERMS AND CONDITIONS a) You are advised to visit the site to understand the quantum & nature of work. b) All the material/tools required to do the job shall be supplied by the contractor. c) The quoted rates shall be deemed to have been arrived after firsthand self-assessment of the work by the contractor by visiting the site prior to submission of their offer. d) Drawing/Images for Reference are attached, work needs to be done like images attached. e) It would be assumed that you have clearly understood the scope of the work and if not, consult the concerned officer for a clear understanding before quoting the rates. f) All jobs to be completed as directed by BPCL officials at BPCL KARARI DEPOT as per scope of work and terms and conditions attached with tender. g) Lead/ work completion time should be less than 8 weeks of the desired area by officer in charge. Otherwise, the penalty will be imposed at the quantum of 10% of total value per week. h) The contractor shall not assign or sublet the contract or any part thereof to any person / party without the specific permission of the employer in writing. i) The successful tenderer would be required to deposit a security amount equivalent to 10% of purchase order value in the form of Demand Draft/ Bank Guarantee favoring Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Payable at BPCL Jhansi or in the form of a bank guarantee. The said security amount shall be retained by the Corporation for a minimum period of six months after termination of the contract.
