Construction of Park in K-6 (A) at Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar

CIVIL & PH WORKS Earthwork in excavation upto 1.50mtr depth of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stony earth, earth mixed with boulders etc but not requiring blasting with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, design including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying C.C. of prop.(1:4:8) in F & P, fountain, pathway toe wall, fountain base, base of column using 40mm nominal size down graded, screend, washed hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the requaired levels including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerb stone of 300 x 300 x 150mm as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar (1:3) (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sasnd), including the cost of required centering, shuttering etc. complete and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying CC of prop. (1:2:4) using 12mm to 20 mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick inter locking paver blocks of approved shade, design having minimum compressive strength 35N/mm² over a layer of 50mm thick compacted sand laid over sub-base and compacted with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of RCC Precast chairs of size 1.50 mtr. by the side of the path ways as per direction of Engineer-n-charge. (Chair size-1650mm x 900mm x 700mm)

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick in cement mortar ( 1:6) in Foundation & plinth with best quality bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having minimum crushing strength from 75 Kg/cm2 wih dimension tolerance +2% immersing (well shaped, uniform in size) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick in cement mortar ( 1:6) in Super Structure with best quality bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having minimum crushing strength from 75 Kg/cm2 wih dimension tolerance +2% immersing (well shaped, uniform in size) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying Two coat weather coat of exterior grade of approved make and shade an even finished surface over a coat of primer at all height with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
