S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composit) solid door/windows/ceosetory windows & other frames/chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of vigin PVC polymer of K value solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate & natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/ weat husk) and non additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with fully body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum, screw withdrwal strenght of 2200N (face), 1100n (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/Sqmm , modulas of elasticity 900N/sqmm and resistence to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retrdant and fixed position MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length (MS hold fasts/lugs or SS fasteners shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed Note :- i) WPC solid door / window frames minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.ii) Material manufactured by MES approved firms / ISI approved firms shall only be used in the work. (b)Applying one coat of steel bar coat of rust preventified & directed, bitumious aluminium paint @ 0.1kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane, acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment to this account shall be made. cement and maintaing sufficient development length/Anchorage length at the junctions to be inserted in the bearings to acknowledge proper bond with the surrounding concrete complete all as specified and directed. (c)Providing/filling the plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-0 using 12mm graded stone aggregate upto the depth/thickness varrying from 15 to 45 mm. (d) Applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The additinal reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjas / canopy / parapet wall, to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufactured with following specifications, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning the top surface of RCC roofing properly with water. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre / Sqm, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 KG / Litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying of membrane not less than 3.0mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 KG/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160 Gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm overlap and 15cm end lap. (d) Top of membrane shall be provided with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 KG / Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane. (e) APP Membrane shall be stick inside parapet where available by chase cutting and sealed with PCC 1:2:4, type B-0. (f) Top of membrane shall be provided with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.
