Design, Supply,Installation ,testing & commissioning of minimum 75 Watt RGBW LED flood light with integral driver/external driver as per OEM design with minimum 3 KV internal surge protection and efficiency of 85% . System lumen output of RGBW LED flood light will not less than 3000 lumens & housing made of Die-cast aluminium alloy / extruded aluminium alloy for better heat decepitation and having IP 66 protection. The luminaire bracket shall be so designed that the luminaire can be tilted as per required angle. The luminaire should have beam angle in the range of 10-15 degree & the lens shall be made of anti-aging & anti-PMMA material. The optical fibre cover shall be minimum IK06 and made of clear tempered glass. The fixture shall come with power & DMX cable of required length (upto 1 Mtr). Fixture shall satisfacorily temperature range of -10°C to 50°C. The fixture shall be suitable to operate on voltage 240 VAC, 50Hz (±10 %). The luminaire shall have declared life of 50,000 burning hours at L70 . The luminaire shall be compatible with DMX512 controller . The luminaire shall be supplied with necessary IP67 connectors for connecting lead/jump cables as required. The agency have to submit BIS certificate, LM79 report from NABL accredited laboratory and LM80 report issued by LED manufacturer.The installation shall be done as per drawing (attached in tender document),site condition and as directed by EIC etc. complete as required.

The fixture shall be suitable to operate on voltage 240 VAC, 50Hz (±10 %) . The luminaire shall have declared life of 50,000 burning hours at L70 . The luminaire shall be compatible with DMX 512 controller . The luminaire shall be supplied with necessary IP67 connectors for connecting lead/jump cables as required. Supply , Installation ,testing & commissioning of Compact master Content Program Controller (DMX controller) with capability to control minimum 8 DMX512 universes, playback scenes and animations stored in its SD card, and it can be used for offline scenes scheduling, setting brightness, white balance and playback speed adjustments. It should be able to amplify the DMX signal in cascaded connection & support automatic playback scheduling. It should support power-on startup and scheduled timing start along with capability of unattended operation and remote scene triggering if needed. The Content Program Controller shall have integrated/external LCD display & support IR remote control as per OEM design . The Content Program Controller (DMX controller) shall have one SD card slot for minimum 32GB card . The necessary power adopter as per OEM design is included along with Content Program Controller (DMX controller) to operate on 240 V (±10 %) ,50 HZ supply. The IP rating of content program controller (DMX controller) shall be minimum IP20 & shall comply to CE certifications. The Content program controller (DMX controller) shall be fully compatible and able to satisfactorly operate as per desired theme of façade lighting luminaires mentioned at item No. 1.00 to 4.00. The installation shall be done as site condition and as directed by EIC etc. complete as required.

Supply , Installation ,testing & commissioning of DMX Amplifier/splitter of 4-Pole DMX cable with IP67 connector input side & a cable for DC Input with IP67 2-Pole connector at output side and complying to DMX512 protocol. The Compact signal amplifier shall support magnetic isolation protection, protects the controllers and ensures that the DMX signal can be normally transmitted to various luminaires, improving the reliability and stability of the entire control system. The DMX controller shall be minimum IP66 rated. Amplifier shall support online automatic addressing & should be able to amplify the signal for up to 100 m or 64 DMX512 luminaires as per site requirement. The amplifier shall be housed in Aluminium casing/OEM recommended casing. The amplifier shall have factory fitter connecting wires with IP67 rated connectors. Supply of power pack for DMX amplifier with charger/adopter suitable to operate on 240 V (±10 %) ,50 Hz (if required) is included. The installation shall be done as site condition and as directed by EIC etc. complete as required.

The Chemical compund should be tested and certified by any International accredited and BIS( Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. The earth electrode shall be dully tested & certifed by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt. of India. The chemical earth electrode manufacturers should be an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001: 2004 certified organization. The Earth pit should be covered with heavy duty polyplastic weather proof chamber etc. as required & approved by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface / recess/ existing HDPE Pipe/existing GI Pipe for connections etc. as required.

Supplying & laying of PE80, PN6, 63 mm dia HDPE pipe ISI marked as per IS: 4984/2016 with latest amendment up to date along with all necessary accessories like coupler and other required accessories etc. direct in ground (750mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench complete as required.
