Replacement of Sluice Valve 200mm dia of Manda unit-7 and Sluice valve and non return valve 200mm dia of Manda unit-8 installed at CPS Sitlee. Job involves dismantling of existing Damaged/worn out valves from the delivery sides of both the units by opening of nuts and bolts and removing the rubber sheets from the flanges. Providing and fitting of new cast steel rising spindle sluice valve 200mm dia. of class 150 (Kirloskar make) at delivery side of the Manda unit-7 and rising spindle Sluice valve 200mm dia and non return valve 200mm dia at Manda unit-8 both of class 150 (Kirloskar make). Job also includes providing and fitting new nuts, bolts and rubber sheets. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, carraige of the material from the contractor facility to the site of work and testing the same at site.
