Rate Contract for repairing and maintenance of H.V. 33 11 KV Underground cable faults in various voltage level cables on Turnkey Basis (Providing and its Commissioning New Technology Fault Locator Machine with Driver, Different Types of Termination

Amount

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the Cable Fault Locating Machines of appropriate and latest version & specifications along with experienced technician, helpers and driver etc. by their own end for locating the 11 KV & 33 KV Cable Fault on round the clock basis in the Jurisdiction of EUDC-2 Noida Urban/Rural areas both. Pin pointing within two meter of cable fault, exposing the same in the underground HT cable (33 KV and 11 KV) including cutting of the Faulty Cable, its meggering & sealing of healthy cable. In addition to locating and pin pointing of cable faults, the contractor shall also be responsible for digging of cable trench of suitable size so as to enable making of cable joints (one or two straight through joints depending on the requirements), it shall also include cutting of the faulty cable in sufficient length. Road cutting & digging thereof so that cable may be taken out for jointing work. Dressing of road as may be required at various places in Jurisdiction of EUDC-2 Noida. The outdoor/Indoor termination kit and Straight through jointing kits and cable jointer shall be provided by contractor.

33 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. as per site requirement (size of trench 4 m length & 1.5 m width) in urban and rural areas. AS PER TENDER SPECIFICATION.

Providing and fixing and commissioning of 33 KV Straight through with 33 KV Outdoor/Indoor Jointing Kit with the help of Jointer per 33 KV joint for filling with complete connections in all respect. (33 KV 3x300/400 Sq.mm. Outdoor, Indoor jointing Kits and Straight through of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make and Jointer provided by the contractor) AS PER TENDER SPECIFICATION.

11 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (size of trench 3 m length & 1.5 m width in urban and rural areas. AS PER TENDER SPECIFICATION.

Providing and fixing and commissioning of 11 KV Straight through with 11 KV Outdoor/Indoor Jointing Kit with the help of Jointer per 11 KV joint for filling with complete connections in all respect. (11 KV 3x185/240/300 Sq.mm. Outdoor, Indoor jointing Kits, straight through of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make provided by the contractor). AS PER TENDER SPECIFICATION.

Replacement of 33 KV damaged cable (size 250 meter) (cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in underground trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil (other Material releated to work will be provided by contractor) as per site requirement. AS PER TENDER SPECIFICATION.

Replacement of 11 KV damaged cable (size 500 meter) (cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in undgerground trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil (other Material releated to work will be provided by contractor) as per site requirement. AS PER TENDER SPECIFICATION.
