M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to Engr-in-charge. Earthing that shows on higher side results as specified in IS rule and do not show continuity should be replaced with new earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day prior to the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for providing the MS plate size of size 200x150 mm of rectangular shape and not less than 1.6 mm thick fixed on angle iron 25x3 mm and 600mm height welded with plate and grouting vertically alongwith earthing pit with PCC (1:3:6 type C1) block not less than 300x300x300 mm duly painted background with black colour and writing with white colour Earthing Result in Ohm, date of testing, due date for testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old paint from the LT panels / Feeder Box by paint removers, cleaning by scrapping and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer using spraying machine and writing any description for panels having I/O circuits upto 4 nos complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-routing of LT cables off sizes from 16sqmm to 400sqmm, 3.5/4 core including taking down in ducts/wall/floor/roof/trusses etc and re-alignment of LT cable, cutting/chassing in wall/duct and re-fixing in concealed position as per site requirment, including replacement of luggs, nut, bolts, washers, saddle clamp etc, including making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable for soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm apart for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry Ganga Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

Taking out and reinstalling of LT switchgears / LT Panel to a distance not more than 5 kms from power house / substation / any place. Taking out/shifting/reinstalling and connecting including casting of suitable PCC foundation etc as per the requirement at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of door/handles/side panels etc. For unserviceable / damaged / rusted LT panels at AFS Chakeri, Kanpur by using CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, serviced with hot gip galvanized seven tank process having ivory white color along with cast iron stand, name plate etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material under this item will be paid separately under item 68 to 69.

Supply only CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, serviced with hot gip galvanized seven tank process having ivory white color complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast iron stand as required size painted in black color over a layer of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Attending breakdown attributable to cable faults, flashover in panels or any of the connected transmission system & rectifying it in 11kV / 1.1kV cable transmission line network upto end connections with panels or any of electrical item connected therein at Air Force station, Chakeri domestic and technical area during any hours of a day during the currency of contract by engaging sufficient manpower after receiving communication through Complaint Section / Concerned JE / Engr-in-charge either through teleponic call, text message, email or through messanger 24x7 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The occurance of fault if any, will be communicated to the contractor and the contractor shall rectify the same within 12 hrs of reporting, failing to which a recovery @ Rs 500/= per complaint per day and maximum of Rs. 10,000 /= per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment. Contractor shall be bound to arrange his resources accordingly and the quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same. Further, all necessary equipments like HT/LT megger, hand gloves, line testers , earth rod etc. shall be readily available with the contractor's manpower under his own arrangement. Delay on account of non availablity of such items shall not be considered for relaxation.
